Taking on the role of primary caregiver is a significant commitment. We recognize the work you’re already doing by offering a path to becoming a professional employee, handling the state requirements so you can focus on your family member.

Eligibility Support

We help you determine whether your loved one qualifies for state-funded programs that may allow you to serve as a paid family caregiver.

Complimentary Credentials

We provide all state-mandated training free of charge, including First Aid & CPR classes and professional caregiver certification.

Comprehensive Onboarding

Our team handles the logistics of background checks, drug screens, and other state regulatory requirements to ensure you are fully credentialed.

Health and Dental Benefits

Caregivers working at least 29 hours per week are eligible for health, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits.

Bilingual Guidance

Our bilingual care managers are available to guide Spanish-speaking families through every step of the onboarding process.
