Skilled private duty nursing for veterans who need advanced clinical support at home. For eligible veterans, home care benefits may be available through VA Community Care. We help you understand your options and deliver consistent nursing care that reflects the dignity of your service.

Understanding eligibility and authorization through VA Community Care can feel complex. Currently, TriWest Healthcare Alliance administers VA Community Care in the western United States. Our team works directly with case managers, TriWest representatives, and VA referral sources to confirm coverage, coordinate documentation, and begin services based on authorized care plans.
When eligible, private duty nursing may be funded as part of VA-directed community care. We guide veterans and families through the process so clinical support can start without unnecessary delay.

Aid and Attendance Benefits
Veterans or surviving spouses who require assistance with daily activities may qualify for Aid and Attendance, a VA pension benefit that provides additional monthly financial support. This benefit can help offset the cost of in-home care, including private duty nursing. Our team can help determine whether you or your family member may be eligible and guide you through the application process.
